Refund policy

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, orders must follow our return policy.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable: Opened or used cosmetics and personal-care products are not eligible for return.
